Generating High Resolution Timelapses

In previous blog posts we have shown how to generate timelapses and we have shown how to get full resolution images. This post will show how to combine those two features together to generate a high resolution timelapse.

Step 1: Gathering The Necesary Parts

This article is out of date and is in process of being updated to use the new Get Snapshot endpoint. It is no longer recommended to use the previous EE-framepuller example.

I am including a high res timelapse videos from a 720p HD camera. (Please ignore the window screen because it is just looking out the window)

If your browser doesn't support HTML5 video. Here is a link to the video instead.

What else can we do with this?

I hope this series of blog posts on generating timelapses has been helpful. I will have another project coming on making a webapp that automatically generates these timelapses as part of a user's dashboard. It uses the same ideas that we have already discussed. Its purpose is show how a full example could come together.

I hope you found this helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at api_support@een.com
